Mold testing and air sampling
A musty smell or a stain on the drywall tells you something happened. It does not tell you what is growing, how much of it is airborne, or how far it reached behind the wall. We sample the air and the surfaces, send it to an accredited laboratory, and give you a written result you can hand to a contractor or an insurance adjuster.

Not sure which test you need? Describe what happened.
Tell us what you are seeing, smelling or worried about and the office will tell you exactly what testing makes sense. No pressure, no upsell to a remediation crew, because we do not sell remediation.
