Asbestos testing and pre-renovation surveys

Older buildings hide asbestos in places people do not expect: popcorn ceilings, floor tile and mastic, duct wrap, joint compound, roofing. If your project disturbs any of it, you need to know before the demolition starts, not after. We collect bulk samples, have them analyzed, and document what is there.

What the visit includes

  • Visual survey of suspect materials by homogeneous area
  • Bulk sampling with minimal disturbance and patched sample points
  • Accredited laboratory analysis
  • A survey report identifying each material, location and result
  • Clearance sampling after abatement when required
